1)从司机，政府，乘客 的角度分析 (为何感到不满):
A)司机的角度: 不方便，造成(considerable drop in business) 生意--?? 因为浪费时间->德士站将通常出现德士排长龙的情况。
B)乘客的角度: 不方便--以前可以随叫随停， 但是这个政策却让 德士只能在指定地点给乘客上下车，使它与其他公共交通车(eg 巴士) 没什么差别
C)政府的角度: 起初是为了大众的利益着想的，却忽略德士司机和乘客的感受

2)政策的原因
-在商业区比较繁忙， 若德士车为了接乘客而停在路边会造成交通阻塞
3)政策的用处
-改善在商业区的交通
4)政策的不足
-没有考虑到德士司机和乘客的感受，无形中损害了他们的利益
